Smoothies and shakes are a great meal replacement or simple snack to make at home. This particular smoothie is good enough to even rival that of Smoothie King! Well, I think so at least. Homemade Pancakes Recipe – 300 Calorie Meal

Pancakes and biscuits are delicious breakfast foods, but making them can be time consuming. Prepare a mix in advance and cut your cooking time in half.

Step 1: Mix dry ingredients

Mix the flour, sugar, powdered milk, baking powder, and salt together in the large bowl.

Step 2: Mix in shortening

Use a fork or pastry blender to mix in the shortening.

The mixture should have a slightly mealy texture after adding the shortening.
