Shakeology from Beachbody – 300 Calorie Meal

Kelsi Guidry of MyWants TV reviews Beachbodies chocolate Shakeology shake and tastes it for the first time on this episode. Shakeology can be obtained through a Beachbody Coach for $119.
In a 90-day study, participants replaced one meal per day with Shakeology, ate a balanced diet, and exercised moderately three times per week. Total cholesterol was reduced on average by 30% and LDL cholesterol was reduced on average by 38%.

Homemade Pancakes Recipe – 300 Calorie Meal

Pancakes and biscuits are delicious breakfast foods, but making them can be time consuming. Prepare a mix in advance and cut your cooking time in half.

Step 1: Mix dry ingredients

Mix the flour, sugar, powdered milk, baking powder, and salt together in the large bowl.

Step 2: Mix in shortening

Use a fork or pastry blender to mix in the shortening.

The mixture should have a slightly mealy texture after adding the shortening.
